How K- Beauty became my passion...

After turning 60, I spent over a year testing every “age‑specific” and “skin‑specific” range I could get my hands on. 

I bought across the spectrum - budget brands, luxury brands, everything in between and spent a small fortune on products that simply weren’t right for me.

Testers were almost impossible to find unless you ventured into high‑end city stores, and even then, the experience felt intimidating rather than enjoyable. Ironically, the products I loved most were the unexpected gems from that well‑known treasure trove beginning with T and ending with X. And yes… they were K‑Beauty!

But we all know the problem: supply is hit‑and‑miss, and skincare there can feel more like buying a slightly grubby tester than a fresh product. Not ideal.

So I made a decision... If I couldn’t reliably buy the Korean and Japanese skincare I loved, I’d source it myself; properly, directly, and in bulk. 

And I’d bring it to the good people of South Somerset in a way that felt fun, fresh, and accessible.

And that folks is how Eleni’s Beauty began!
